As we were running short on time, and we had struck busy and boring roads, we decided to jump on a bus and head straight to Copacabana. Our new philosophy over here is that we don´t ride nice we only ride spectacular -life is too short right now.
We´ve heard that cycling through the Peruvian mountains is mind blowing so we need to get to Cusco and get started asap.
Here are a couple of photos of La Paz. It is an amazing city situated in a huge crater. Thousands of houses stacked almost upon each other, mostly all of red brick. There were quite a few trees and lots of greenery though, which made it look nicer. We were pleased not to be riding on the busy roads with almost no shoulder.
However we´ve had some cool experiences being tourists here in Copacabana. Here are some photos of our last few days.
